Fee Schedule*

• New patient initial visit: $160 (75 min), $135 (60 min)
• Established patient acupuncture: $100 (45 min), $120 (60 min)
• Acupuncture / Bodywork Fusion: $145 (75 min)
• 90 minute Acupuncture / Bodywork Fusion (90 min): $170

* In many cases, a sliding scale fee can be arranged. Patients may discuss this option with me prior to or during the initial visit.

Insurance

Insurance accepted and billed for:

1. Out-of-network acupuncture benefits
2. Auto Insurance Med-Pay benefits
3. Workers Compensation, when authorized by a managing physician
